Ok, it's official. I think I may have to turn in my membership. I think I'm just going to show up to the office and drop it off. "Here, take it, I don't deserve this!"
Yes folks, someone has just offered me tix to the Celtics game and I have turned them down. Why? Well, it's a gym day. I bought new gloves and straps and I am eager to try them out (Please, do not insert joke here).
A few weeks ago I mentioned to Anson that I thought there was something wrong with me. I haven't watched a complete Celtics game in weeks, maybe since mid November? It's sad. I have every game TiVo'd but, I just can't sit there and watch the whole game. I fall asleep, get bored, or just do something else.
I don't know if it's the Celtics, being a few games under .500 or NBA basketball in general. The game has changed and it is not as enjoyable to fans. If you checked my profile you will see that I have another blog "The Celtics Guy"(I haven't touched it in a long time, not sure I will). But, hat's who I was. I loved the green. I would schedule things around the game, even if I could watch them later. It was a religion, a way of life. I would walk by a tv playing the game and close my eyes and ears (made it tough to walk sometimes) so that I could watch the entire game when I got home. Now? I am almost at the point where I will watch the game when I walk by, or at least listen.
I don't know what to do. Is there something wrong with me (besides the obvious)? Life has changed. Maybe it was getting married? I'm kidding of course, but, what has happened to me?

You're growing up? Nah!!! That can't be it!
How dare you say that I may be "growing up"? You know THAT will never happen, Ms. A!
