If you use a PC there really hasn't been an option for organizing your digital pictures, except the software that came with your camera. Truthfully I have tried some of those and they are really, really, bad. They are clunky, sometimes slow, and confusing.
And what if you don't even have a digital camera, but have many digital photos? Well fear not, I have found something for you. Google's own "Picasa" 2. It's like iPhoto for the PC. I highly recommend it. It will even search for all your photos on your PC when you start it up, so that you don't have to waste time remembering where you stored them all. And, best of all, it's FREE!
