Red Sox: Staying at Fenway

It looks like the Red Sox are finally going to buy, and not rent. They are going to stay in Fenway Park and build around it to make it better. This includes the possibilities of a new T-stop (Yawkey Way, Green Line), acquisitions of surrounding buildings, beautifying the neighborhood. But will they REALLY stay? Only time can tell. As Mike, here in the office, said: Forever is a long time.

From Boston.com:
"Park it here for the future... Put in an order now for 2012, when the Red Sox will become the first major league team to celebrate 100 years in the same ballpark..."
