Bush: Who Cares What You Think?

While I was searching for a Google bumper sticker (this search has lead me to some odd finds) I found this bumper sticker: "Who Cares What You Think"

Turns out that if you search for "Who Cares What You Think?" in Google you will come upon a story about a guy who told President Bush that he was doing a bad job in office and Bush responded by saying "...who cares what you think..." The guy quickly scribbles down what Bush said and he then goes on to tell about the President's strange reaction (worried it would leak to the press?).

I'm not exactly sure if this story is real, but it sure seems possible. (Christine confirmed that she has heard the story before).
