Toys for Parking Tickets?
Anyone else read/hear about this new plan by the city of Boston for paying parking tickets? Don't get too excited, it was/is only for tickets issued on Dec 1-3, 2004. I know not many of you get tickets here in Boston, but for those for you who do...
