Well... kind of...
I read this article today on Boston.com. A new compnay (Xcelis Communications LLC) is trying to "quasi-hack" the cellphone industry, and the big guys aren't happy. So it's a Cingular (now I guess Cingular/ATT, "...we're raising the bar...") trick. If you pay for a $39.99/Month plan with free mobile-to-mobile you can use this. Pay the compnay $10/Month and they will route all your calls to make them seem like mobile-to-mobile minutes. Nice deal, I wouldn't trust them, but nice work guys.
