Canadian Nat'l Security = Luck?!

After El Presidente won again, I was all set to pack up and move to Canada. Yes, I know, I would get all those Canadian jokes thrown my way, like:

(1.) Do you know why Canada is spelled the way it is? C-eh-N-eh-D-eh (2.) All the kids in Canada are real smart, they all get straight "eh's" (3.) Yes, my new country would have its most popular catch phrase be the same catch phrase as "The Fonze's" (Hmm.. I wonder if he is Canadian?)

Not to mention, it would throw off my whole sense of why Canada is still around. I believe Canada is a nice loft, looking over a great party! Well, here is what written in a Canadian report recently:
